# Print selection

> Print selections

1. Go to the required selection and select the tab containing the records you want to work with.

2. Set up the **first five columns** you want to include. Grouping or column calculations applied to your selection will appear in the printed report.

3. Click the **Task** button (<i class="ph ph-dots-three-circle-vertical" aria-hidden="true" />) and select **Print selection**.

4. In the window that displays the contents to be printed, click **Print**.
